Shipping policy

 Shipping Rates:

• Shipping rates are all Flat Rates/Standard Shipping through courier.

 Shipment Processing:

• We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated to take 3–4 business days.
  

• E-mail notification with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@elyxrmerch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
